EXCHANGES & RETURNS
- The customer has the possibility to exchange or return an item.
- For a return or exchange to be valid, we must receive the return or exchange order at our office within 10 days from the delivery of the package, after this period it will no longer be possible.
- Items returned after 10 days cannot be refunded and there will be a cost to return the goods to the customer. Please note that we can only refund the original cost of the item.
- For the returns / exchanges to be valid, the goods must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent, otherwise you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange and the item will be returned to the customer.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will always be charged to the customer.
- Items are shipped with “Vintage8691” tag, if removed, the refund or exchange will be void. Please send all returns / exchanges via tracked shipping as we cannot be held responsable for any lost items.

- For all shipments to or from countries that do not concern the European Union, the transport costs are exempt from VAT as customs duties are charged to the delivery and never included in the cost of sending. Any customs duties and charges are therefore always to be considered charged to the conferment.
